Our journey begins with a 15-minute consultation call, we’ll get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and make sure it feels like a good fit before moving forward.

In our sessions, we’ll dig into the heart of what’s going on for you. We’ll work through the challenges together, helping you uncover patterns, gain new insights, and build tools to navigate life’s difficulties.

03. Thrive 

As you put new insights and skills into practice, we’ll focus on keeping the momentum going. This step is about maintaining the progress and positive changes and continuing to thrive in your day-to-day life.

I am unable to support those who need after-hours or crisis services. I may not be the right fit for you if you need a higher level of care.
