Frequently Asked Questions

  • In our first session, we’ll complete an intake assessment together. This means I’ll ask you a series of questions to understand your background and what brings you to therapy. I know this can feel a bit different, so of course, feel free to share as much or as little as you like. We’ll work through it together at a pace that feels right for you!

  • Individual sessions typically last about 50 minutes, while couples sessions are a bit longer at 75 minutes. This time allows us to explore your thoughts and feelings in depth, ensuring we address your concerns without feeling rushed. It’s important to create a space where you can feel comfortable and heard, and having the right amount of time helps with that. If you have specific needs or preferences, we can discuss those as well.

  • No, I currently offer only virtual sessions. My goal is to create a Self Space, a dedicated time just for you to explore your mind, body, and soul. This virtual setting allows for a supportive and empathetic environment where you can feel safe to engage deeply with your thoughts and feelings. By connecting from the comfort of your own space, you can fully embrace this opportunity for self-discovery and healing. If you have any questions about how virtual sessions work, please feel free to reach out!
